Projects In Progress
Waste Water Treatment Plant
Engineering: Arceneaux Wilson & Cole Contractor: MK Constructors
The new SBR (sequencing batch reactor) unit will be installed in the Spector lot, adjacent to existing water treatment units. Previous upgrades of this system were done in the 50s, 70s, and 80s. This will be the first major upgrade to OCWCID2’s water treatment system in over forty years. The SBR system will replace all current water treatment units on the property. Initially, there will be a transition period in which both the old and new systems are used, but full integration of the new system is expected in Spring 2026.
