Installation of the Gateways on our towers is currently scheduled for April 29th, April 30th and May 1st, until they are set up you will only see monthly usage readings. Once they are installed and setup you will see 24 hour readings.
The My360 portal is easy-to-use and allows you to monitor your water consumption on-demand, 24/7, with intuitive charts and graphs. You’ll also be able to find answers to questions about your water consumption without having to call or visit the utility. The website can be used in desktop or mobile version (currently there is no app). Registration is free. Have your utility bill handy. You will need your account number and either your full name or street address (street name only, no ave, street, lane) (example 1234 Western)
You will be able to set alerts to notify you if you go over a certain thresholds daily or monthly.
